Smile Design Terms and Conditions - 2010 / 2011

Any request verbally or via email for work to be undertaken
is subject to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are available in writing on request.

1: Deposits of 10% are required from new customers for jobs with a value of £25 - £100
2: Deposits of 20% are required from new customers for jobs with a value of over £100
3: Jobs cancelled by clients where the work has been undertaken will still be invoiced
i) any monies due, unpaid invoices will be persued legally where required
ii) no additional work will be undertaken by Smile Design if monies are outstanding
4: Invoices are normally due for payment in 7 days unless otherwise stated.
5: Payment is required up front on order for print jobs
6: All artwork is copyright protected and is our property until payment is received
7: Minimum Invoice is £25.
8: Website / Email etc will be removed if payment is overdue and no contact has been made within 5 days.
i) we will write to you with a final invoice giving notice of termination.
ii) there will be a fee of £50 to re upload per website and £20 to reset per email.
iii) if you go to another company without prior notice to Smile Design we will remove the website immediately
iiii) if you choose to use a new web company, all text and photos taken by Smile Design should not be used on a new website without prior permission. This may incurr a fee.
iiii) web hosting is £15 every quarter as from November 2010, any customer before this time will be contacted regarding new fees for web hosting / domain management / file back ups etc.
iiiii) Holding pages will be removed after 4 weeks if no contact has been made from the client with regards to the full website, cancellations at this point will incur a full fee if the website work was undertaken.
9: We cannot guarantee any search engine listings or control what they choose to display.
i) If a website is newly launched it may take time to appear on search engines
ii) we cannot guarantee any listings on Google /Yahoo etc but most of our sites get listed
iii) if errors occur these will be corrected once website is reviewed 4 weeks after upload date
10: Electronic files, logos etc will be released once full payment is received.
11: Domain Names may be registered in our name if customer does not request their details to be used or if their details are not available at the time of registration.
i) customers can ask for domains to be put in their name once registered by Smile Design but this will incur a fee.
